Who’s responsible?

The operator’s identity will be published here before submissions open. A privacy contact will also be published before collection begins.

What you choose to share

When you register interest, we save your email address, your confirmation that you are 18 or over and live in Australia, the landing-page version you used (giveaway-led or tools-led), any survey answers you selected, and the time and wording of your consent. All survey questions are optional. We don’t ask for your name, address, income, banking details or payment information.

Campaign measurement is optional

A separate, unchecked box lets you choose whether we save campaign tags from the link you followed: source, medium, campaign, content and term. We accept short campaign identifiers only. We don’t save advertising click IDs, browsing history, full referrer URLs, or use advertising pixels, fingerprinting or tracking cookies. Declining campaign measurement does not stop you joining the interest list.

How we use it

Your email is used for the interest list and occasional updates about the proposed club, with your consent. Your chosen answers and page version help us assess the idea and compare the two landing pages. Reports use aggregated results; they don’t publish email addresses. Repeat submissions keep your original response. We do not sell personal information or send it to advertising platforms. No emails are automatically sent by this website.

Storage and security

We plan to use Vercel hosting and a Supabase database in Australia. Confirmed provider details, processing locations, access-log and backup retention periods will be published here before submissions open.

Hosting providers may process technical access logs, including IP addresses. An Australian database location does not mean all processing stays in Australia. For abuse prevention, the server temporarily processes a network address into a keyed, hourly changing hash. The application does not store the raw address. Rate-limit records expire after two hours and are removed at the next daily cleanup, within approximately 26 hours. Access to stored submissions is restricted to the operator and authorised service providers.

How long we keep it

Submissions expire 90 days after signup and are deleted at the next daily cleanup, within a further 24 hours. Backups may retain deleted records for the period described in the storage notice above. We’ll seek fresh consent before using your information for a materially different purpose.

Withdraw, correct or delete

You can withdraw consent, stop updates, request access or correction, or ask us to delete your submission. The contact address for these requests will appear here before the waitlist opens. Withdrawal does not affect the feedback already included in anonymous aggregate reports. Any future update emails must include an unsubscribe option.

This is an expression of interest

Registering does not buy a membership, enter you in a giveaway, guarantee a launch or reserve any prize entry. The proposed AUD $19.95/month price is for research only. Future giveaways are prospective and subject to legal approval and applicable rules.
